Changes to our regular office hours
The International Office will be closed over the Easter holidays from Friday, April 18, 2025 to Monday, April 21, 2025 (included). There will be no office hours during this period. We will be back for you from Tuesday, April 22, 2025! We wish you a relaxing holiday and a happy Easter to all who celebrate.
Office hours
The International Office offers on-site open office hours to international students and to all students interested in studying abroad:
- March-April & September-October: Monday & Wednesday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday & Thursday 10 a.m. to noon
- In the remaining period: Monday & Wednesday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Some of our staff members still work from home. If you want to talk to a specific person, we recommend you make an appointment.
International researchers and doctoral students should make an appointment for a personal consultation.
