All aspects of electromobility are enormously important priority elements for the environmentally-friendly mobility of the future – hence, engineers in the electromobility field are responsibly engaged in helping to develop this future.
For the Master’s in Electromobility study program, you can choose from three aspects of electric mobility – assist systems, electric driving, or battery systems and smart grids – in which you want to acquire in-depth subject knowledge. Beyond various teaching areas relating to electrical engineering and information technology, the study program comprises the disciplines of computer science, transportation and road engineering, energy management, navigation, and automotive engineering. Your studies will be strongly research-oriented as well as offering opportunities for hands-on experimentation in the laboratory. You will also have the chance to do part of your studies or research work abroad.
- Enjoyment for and appreciation of engineering and delight in novel technological solutions
- Readiness to do independent learning
- Good grades in math and physics
- While knowing English is less important at the start, you will increasingly be expected to use the language as your studies progress.
