In the Master’s Political Sciences (Teaching Degree) study program, students intensify the knowledge and skills gained during their Bachelor’s studies in the subject science as well as in subject-specific pedagogy. Political Sciences being domiciled in the Institute of Social Sciences facilitates a focus on analytical theoretical approaches and empirical research methods. .
In the practice teaching semester that must be completed as part of the Master’s study program you will, in addition, gather practical experience in how to prepare for and design classroom instruction in the political science field.
The political sciences teaching qualification study program (M.Ed.) requires being interested in social and political questions and having a good knowledge of English.
