The Real Estate Master’s study program addresses the aspects of development, planning, realization, operation, conversion and valorization of real estate. It is designed for those employed in real estate management (from builders and owners to planning offices and construction enterprises) who want to prepare themselves competently for managerial functions both domestically and abroad.
The study program is divided into a construction-industry specific branch “IREM Industrial Real Estate Management” (Profile A) and in a health-care specific branch “HREM Healthcare Real Estate Management”(Profile B).
The study program is aimed at those employed in real estate management (from builders and owners to planning offices and construction companies in industrial and healthcare building) who already have relevant professional experience.
