Detail information on building areas

The nearest public transport stop is Erwin-Schöttle-Platz (lines U1, U9 U34, 42, N10). The main entrance is not suitable for wheelchairs as it can only be accessed via two steps. The building can be accessed via the elevator, which requires a key (Please contact your lecturer before the semester starts). The ramp to the elevator has only limited accessibility, and the elevator button is mounted too high.

The main entrance and all other entrances are accessible from the courtyard and are located on the southeast side of the building.

Poor lighting in the interiors; as a result, thresholds and other barriers are poorly visible. Stair markings are usually missing. Objects and built-in parts protrude into the corridor. There is no tactile paving in the courtyard of the Böblingerstrasse complex.

There is a public parking space in front of no. 6 Schreiberstrasse.

From the outside, the elevator can only be operated with a key. The key is available from the house service (phone: +49 711 685-84000). If you attend a language course in the building, please contact Division II - International Office or your language teacher beforehand.

Some of the room doors have a small clear opening width.

The nearest accessible restroom is located in no. 74 Böblinger Str. (gatehouse) on the ground floor.
