Prof. Dr. Franz Brümmer, Institute of Biomaterials and Biomolecular Systems
Science and pub – this is the Stuttgart Science Pub’s recipe for success. As part of the Science Pubs events, Professor Franz Brümmer will be taking his audience on a series of expeditions through biodiverse aquatic habitats; topical coral reefs, inshore habitats in the Mediterranean and inland waters are amongst the most species-rich habitats in the world – offering enormous variety that can only really be understood by taking a look beneath the surface. Scientific diving means much more than recording animal and plant species: take part in this expedition with Prof. Dr. Franz Brümmer from the Institute of Biomaterials and Biomolecular Species at the University of Stuttgart and experience an amazing variety of structures and related habitats. Join his dives to the unusual underwater walls in Lake Constance and in Croatia, visit bullfrogs in quarry ponds and even the “bedrooms” of dolphins.
