Angelika Nußberger will deliver the Heuss Commemorative Lecture on December 13, 2023. She is a Professor of Constitutional Law, International Law and Comparative Law at the University of Cologne and Director of the Institute for Eastern European and Comparative Law.
Before her approximately one-hour lecture "Universal application of human rights - an ideology of the West?" Rector Prof. Ressel and the Chair of the Stiftung Bundespräsident-Theodor-Heuss-Haus, Isabel Fezer, will welcome the guests to this event.
