The future of work at the University of Stuttgart
A principle aim of university management is to continuously improve working conditions and to sustain the physical and mental wellbeing of its employees. In 2021, a team of experts was formed to conduct and evaluate an employee survey on behalf of the chancellor. One focus of the survey was to discover more about employees' general job satisfaction.
